Why It Matters
There are hundreds of marketing podcasts out there—but most of them don’t speak to the realities of rural business. They assume you have a team, a budget, and a population of 100,000+.
That’s not our world. We talk about:
How to stay visible in a town where everyone already knows your name
What it means to grow without outsourcing everything
Why small towns deserve smart marketing tools
How to tell your story without sounding salesy
What sustainable success looks like off social media
Let's Build It Together
Whether you tune into the podcast, attend an event, or join our email list, you're already part of the collective. This isn't just about business—it's about building a thriving rural economy, one founder at a time.
Thanks for being here. Let's build something great—right where we are.

What is Founder's Collective?
Founder's Collective is a podcast, a resource hub, and soon—an in-person space—built for rural entrepreneurs. It’s designed for the doers, the dreamers, and the founders who are figuring it out as they go. If you're working from your kitchen table or a corner of your shop floor, wearing 10 hats, and still showing up to build something that matters—this is for you.
Through weekly podcast episodes, practical downloads, and real-life storytelling, Founders Collective helps rural small business owners grow with clarity, confidence, and community.

Hello!
Hi, I’m Andrea—founder of Stone House Digital, small-town business strategist, and lifelong rural girl at heart. I created Founder's Collective because I know exactly what it feels like to build something meaningful in a town where you might be the only one doing what you do.
I grew up in a tiny town of fewer than 400 people north of Green Bay, and today I’m proud to call Waupun home. I’ve worked with dozens of rural businesses across the Midwest—main street shops, generational farms, creative solopreneurs—and I’ve seen the same themes again and again: big dreams, tight timeframes, and a serious lack of local resources. Founder's Collective was born to change that.
